Automation of daily news creation
Every day, Celsa Charmettes publishes a news item on its website about indicative market prices. Gathering, checking and publishing this update took time. It is now automated end to end, which saves about 60 minutes a day.

Where we started
To remain a reference for its clients and prospects, Celsa Charmettes wanted its website to carry daily information on indicative prices. The useful data sat in several private sources, each of which had to be checked separately. They then had to be cross-checked, summarised and published by hand. The process was repetitive, time-consuming and depended on one person being available.
What we built
We set up an automation connected to all of the client's private sources:
- Collection: each source is queried automatically, every day, with no manual step.
- Processing: the information is consolidated and shaped into a clear, readable news item.
- Publication: the item is sent straight to the Celsa Charmettes website, without anyone typing it in.
The setup fits the existing website, and the sources stay private and under the client's control.
What it changed
About one hour saved each day across the whole process, which is several working days a year to spend on higher-value work.
A reliable rhythm: the news appears every day, without depending on one person or a day off.
A living website, updated daily with information that is useful to visitors.
